Technical Support Engineer

Job Summary
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for onboarding customers(Doctors), Giving Demo, Handling support calls, and Debug Hardware/Software issues. You will also be addressing customers' issues and followup with them. Attend Medical conferences and demo the products there.

Responsibilities and Duties
\* Learn product features and understand customer needs
\* Onboard doctors/medical residents/students after the purchase.
\* Attend conferences/events and represent our product
\* Maintain database of the customers. Follow up with customers
\*Give insights about device usage and debug issues faced
\*Talk to the team members and explain customer issues and follow up with them.

Qualifications and Skills
Engineering Graduates/Diploma Holders ( 0 - 1 years ) experience, Electronics & Telecommunication, Electrical & Electronics, Instrumentation, Computer Science, and related Branches.
Prior knowledge related to the medical field is recommended but not necessary.
- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent debugging skills
