**Requirements:**

- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in IT and non-IT recruitment.
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions within specified timelines.
- In-depth knowledge of various sourcing strategies and techniques.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
