**Job Description:**
As a Customer Support Representative at CSS Corp, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support. Your primary duties will include:
1. **Handling Customer Inquiries:** Responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, or chat. Providing accurate and timely information to customers.
2. **Troubleshooting Technical Issues:** Assisting customers with technical issues they may encounter with products or services. Troubleshooting problems and providing appropriate solutions.
3. **Issue Resolution:** Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
4. **Product Knowledge:** Maintaining a thorough understanding of CSS Corp's products and services. Staying up-to-date with any changes or updates.
5. **Documentation:** Recording customer interactions and details of inquiries, comments, and complaints. Maintaining accurate and complete records for future reference.
**Requirements:**
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
